1. Introduction

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the MB8BET website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming applications operated by the Company.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual user account created upon successful registration.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a Member on any game, event, or outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Member's account by the Company.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Member using a recognised payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by the Company in accordance with applicable regulations and internal risk management procedures.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the multiple by which a bonus amount or qualifying deposit must be wagered before any associated winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" or "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which the majority of transactions on this Platform are denominated.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with MB8BET, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. MB8BET strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your personal use only. Corporate or agent accounts are not permitted without the Company's prior written authorisation.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, terminated, or voided by MB8BET for any reason.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or fund witholding pending verification.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with MB8BET. The Company employs automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — identified by shared name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or winnings may be voided at the Company's sole discretion.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Any material misrepresentation during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify MB8BET support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. The Company will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. MB8BET will never request your password through any channel.

5. Deposits & Payments

MB8BET accepts deposits via a range of verified Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time for e-wallet methods and within a short processing window for bank transfers.
• The Company does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to request verification of the funding source prior to processing any withdrawal.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Members who have not completed the KYC process may be limited in their ability to withdraw funds. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to operational requirements.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval.
• DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during banking hours.
• Bank wire withdrawals may take up to sixty (60) minutes depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• The Company reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceding RM5,000 or deemed high-risk by our fraud prevention team.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through MB8BET are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you confirm your acceptance of those terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion of the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount as specified per offer.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The Company employs active monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting on promotional events, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing minimal-risk bets (e.g., betting both sides of a market) to clear wagering requirements. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winings forfeited, and accounts suspended.

7.4 Promotion Amendments

MB8BET reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where practicable, notice will be provided via the platform or by email.

8. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on MB8BET are subject to our General Betting Rules as well as sport-specific rules applicable to football (including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL fixtures), basketball, tennis, UFC, Formula 1, and other events listed on the platform. The following general principles apply:

• Bets accepted before an event commences are settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance, unless a manifest error is identified.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time odds displayed. The Company reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Winings from sports bets are credited to your account balance after the relevant event has concluded and the result has been officially confirmed.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in the acceptance of a bet at an incorrect price, the Company reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's account.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for a winning payout. A void selection within a parlay reduces the number of effective legs and adjusts the odds accordingly.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MB8BET platform and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referal to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform.
• Coluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to MB8BET and will be reversed.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or financing of unlawful activities.
• Providing false or misleading information in connection with your account, identity, or source of funds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or technology used by the platform.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

MB8BET reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the Member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds the account will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Company reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance. Where no breach is found, funds will be returned to the Member promptly.

Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting MB8BET's support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC and any outstanding wagering obligations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the MB8BET platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio clips, and video content — is the property of MB8BET or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without the Company's prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MB8BET and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from:

• Technical failures, outages, or connectivity issues beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Outcomes of games or sporting events.
• Your reliance on any information, content, or promotional material displayed on the platform.

In all circumstances, the Company's total liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Responsible Gambling

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, you may escalate the matter through appropriate formal channels as advised by the support team.
